These terms govern all tour bookings made with Tripjyada Pvt Ltd (“Tripjyada”).
A booking is confirmed once the advance payment specified in your quotation is received. Full payment is due before travel commencement, as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
Package prices are per person on twin/triple sharing unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change based on availability, season, and government-levied fees (including Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee where applicable) until the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to your travel date — see the specific tour’s cancellation policy on its package page. As a general guide:
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, permit restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an equivalent alternative.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification/travel documents and permits, and for disclosing any medical conditions relevant to high-altitude travel in advance.
Tripjyada Pvt Ltd acts as an agent for hotels, transport, and other third-party service providers, and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or defaults, though we will assist in resolving any issues that arise.
